
Yes, they give out diplomas for preschool now. It may be a bit of overkill. Her acceptance the local kindergarten was a guarantee based on the state constitution. Overkill aside, I loved the photo op. And I must say, my baby sure looked grown up wearing a mortar board.
Another right of passage has come and gone for Sarah. She grown so much in the past five years. Her first steps and first words are memories dated in her baby book. She is onto first diplomas and the start of the school years. The "firsts" for Sarah will continue to evolve, never returning to those firsts of babyhood.

That is life in the stroller lane. Lots of love.

I totally think they should get caps and gowns and diplomas...after all, most of us paid more for our kids' preschools than we did for our own colleges!
