12 Days of Christmas and More

I know it is only 12/20, but we have been celebrating Christmas for well over a month.  It started with "ThanksMas" our Thanksgiving/Christmas celebration with Mimi & Poppa.  It was followed by Early Christmas with Nana, as she was headed out of town through the New Year.  Then, there have been all the seasons festivities, including Ladies Tea (or is it Champagne), Classroom Parties, Craft Days.  Heck, we are even going to the "Christmas Eve" church service on 12/22.  Then there is the big day itself on 12/25, followed by a family trip right after that.  This truly is the 12 Days of Christmas.

You may wonder how two full-time working parents can coordinate all this fun, the answer is simple.  We couldn't!!!  BUT, I no longer work full-time.  YIPPEE!!!  Santa Claus delivered my gift early.  I transferred to a different Cardiac unit at my hospital and effective this week am working part-time.  Ho, ho, ho.

Beyond the Christmas festivities, we have been busy with all the regular activities, too.  But the regular activities will be on pause starting tomorrow as the holiday break begins.  We hope it is a wonderful holiday and New Year for you and yours.
